Packing and Shipping:
Packaging and Shipping for Pre Painted Aluminium Coil:
The Pre Painted Aluminium Coils will be packaged in wooden pallets with plastic film to protect the coils from dust, moisture and direct sunlight. The edges of the pallets will be sealed with metal strips to ensure the safety of the coils during transportation. The pallets will then be wrapped in plastic film and secured with metal straps for further protection.
The Pre Painted Aluminium Coils will be shipped via sea freight. The coils will be carefully loaded into containers, with each container holding up to 28 tons of coils. Special care will be taken to ensure that the coils are properly secured and cannot move during transportation.
The containers will be loaded onto the vessel and shipped to the destination port. Once the containers arrive at the port, they will be unloaded and the coils will be inspected for any signs of damage. If any damage is found, the coils will be repaired or replaced as necessary.
